After waiting so long, Huawei and Apple will finally launch their ultimate flagships.

Huawei with the Mate 10 Pro, and Apple with le iPhone X

One runs on AI and wants to make your smartphone run smooth no matter how long you use it

Another one runs on iOS that lets you control emojis with your face. Okay, and a nice looking screen too

If taking photos is your thang, both should give good photography experience and quality

Battery wise, the huawei has 4,000mAh where the iPong only has 2,716mAh

Price wise, Android Mate 10 Pro 128GB is RM3,099 while iOS iPhone X is RM5,149 for 64GB and RM5,899 for 256GB.

Which are you getting? And why?

got my credit card recently and decided it's time to change a new phone

Saw the mate 10 pro couple months back and been waiting ever since

Love the design and how it looks. performance wise, since it's flagship, should be top notch kan?

Then i planning mau bayar kasi instalment, waited whole morning for pre-order link to be open

finally 10am this morn sudah bukak, tapi belum sempat i bayar, dah out of stock.

not even sure when it went live or when they will restock. if buy in the future or from shop, sure no free gift

It's one thing to produce a new smartphone once every year, it's another thing to produce a smartphone that's lagging a few years behind in terms of features.

Everytime a new iPhone is released, it gets compared to the latest android flagship smartphone.

In terms of hardware, of course the iPhone loses out. But most people say iOS is where Apple's strength lies.

The iPhone X is supposed to mark a new beginning for Apple, showcasing innovation in both hardware and software.

But now, it seems like Apple is really losing the fight to rising smartphone companies like the Korean Giant, Samsung and Chinese Tycoon, Huawei.

If you think I'm wrong, let me know why. I appreciate your constructive feedback.

I think Huawei recently gone crazy. Sell phone 1299 get gift worth 898, like, wat?

I was wondering how many of you actually use this honor brand. I'm using the 8 Pro myself and i thought who else would be using the same brand as me?

I know confirm many will be using iPong la, but see see who here use other brands

Why buy the iPhone X at all?

So teh Epal already launch the new iPong X (not even gonna talk about the 8) and the launch price is from Rm4200+

To be honest, i really fucking wanted to get one when it launches cause i thot it's sexy AF

I even 4got what phone I was using

And denn it got me thinking, it's just a smartphone, why spend so much sia?

With that money i can do a lot of things wei, travel la, have good food la, or buy new sneakers

So i looked at my own phone and thought i'm gud with my honor 8 pro

it gets the job done, takie calls and send texts. 2k display, 6GB ram with 64GB memory, dual camera and 4k battery. Gaming pun pretty gooding

Some more, it was purchased for half the price of an iPong. Got it for RM1.8k lel

Take away of this story: Don't be fooled by the pretty ads, it's best to just go within the means of your budget. If another device can do the basic things you need, why get the more expensive one?

Xiaomi finally launched the Mi Mix 2 and it's one heck of a beautiful device.

The keynote was a bit long winded but the images on the slide showed a beautiful device that had very very, very minimal (almost none) bezel.

I was eksaited. Very sexcited.

Budden, I got disappoint.

When take out the fon and show to people, kena kelentong sia. Not as advertised.

It's all fancy la, specs of course power gilerr, but what it's showing off is AI

Yes, artificial intelligence on a mobile processor.

Would having AI computing be beneficial for a smartphone, let alone the user?

I'm not going to pay RM4,000 for the Galaxy Note 8

For the phone that redefined BIG, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is a BIG disappointment.

Okay let's get this out of the way first. The Galaxy Note 7 was unfortunate and it's gonna take a lot for Samsung to win back their fans with the Galaxy Note 8.

And with so much on the line, they produced a sub-par smartphone with an overglorified stylus.

The display is beautiful, but the human eye isn't gonna tell the difference.

Battery capacity is even smaller than the Note 7, 3,300mAh can do what? I know you're gonna be safe this time round, but you also mentioned that you put your devices through thorough testing. I'm sure you can cramp in a bit more battery, right?

And lastly, that stylus. How often are you going to use that thing? There are so many devices out there that don't use a stylus and they work fine.

As the title says, I'm not gonna fork out 4k for it wei. No doubt it's a powerful phone, but it's overpriced.

Might as well buy a proper PC with that money. :/ Sigh.

Aiyooo what’s up with green phones these days? I mean, some may like it, some might not.
Seeing how well Huawei’s sales of the P10 were, Oppo decided to copy the colour as well?
I mean, if it was made for the Raya festive season, sure, okay can. But it’s already August, so that’s a bit too late right?
And do you think a colour change is going to improve the sales of your phone?
The colour green isn’t going to make your phone go faster, neither is it going to make the phone take better pictures.
