Muthu was a fresh graduate from local university
he work very hard in life because he want to be successful so that he can provide a better living to his family
he climb from management trainee program to be executive and later become assistant manager in 2 years time
then he jump to another company and continue working hard until today (more than 10 years working hard), he is a C-level management, working more than 12 hour daily, even scarify weekend/family time so that he could be someone outstanding in the MNC
Muthu pay his tax via PCB, 100% accurate as the MNC follow rules from LHDN
He need to support his elderly parent when they getting older, more sickness arise, hence, the medical bil is rising as well
Muthu is NOT qualify for BSH/ BPN 1.0 2.0 / i sinar / whatever u name it....
he is sad, he work so hard yet....nothing, nothing tercicir

do u feel it if u are/were T20 (not the top tier 1%), the lower tier of T20

I recently booked a unit of Yaris but have to wait 1 month+ for the car to arrive, so basically still can cancel if i duwan but will burn the deposit la

I m tempted with X50, SUV type after last night banjir incident.....also, more features i think, according to those car website

Price wise not much difference, either unit also within my budget

any advice ?

No need those top up a bit get XXX or get the orange color advice ya

Helo fellow /K,

Last weekend yum cha w a fren, not so close 1 la, call me out say long time no c me d, want to catch up, i go lo since free, saw him drive a new merc park in front of the mamak shop.....

After praise he so clever, managed to buy new car even with MCO happening....he share liao, he do insurance, earning good money, cause ppl now scare die, he use this factor get in a lot of new customers

He share that for those life insurance, his komisen is 35%-40% of the insurance premium his customer pay to the plan, and he will continue to collect the komisen year after year, until 6th year, a total of 110% of the premium in 6 year time.

On top of that, he got overiding also, from his downline, around 5% of total premium from the whole team

And, year end got bonus pay out, ranging from 50K+ to a few hundred K depends on yearly sales, individual + team.

He said he now annual income around 400K.....

Oh ya, his merc only loan 50% to avoid attracting tax as he declared self employed, because he say he no basic, so, not employee, also, need to rent a desk in his agency office....so, basically, he is businessman

in the end, ask me to join him, he want me to be rich also....

Unifi ONU Unit/ Modem Replacement Experience

hello fellow lyn, my unifi modem is dead, upon switch on the power, all the light cannot be on, literally no power supply to the modem, i tried difference socket (3 difference socket tested ), still cannot on the modem, tried unplug and plug back the power cable, still not working.

i used the online live chat to report my issue to Unifi, told them my problematic modem on Monday ( 25/03), they told me they will reset the port and ask me wait ?? i m confused by that time, why is the port is tagged as the source of my modem cannot turn on....

i follow up again the next day ( 26/03 ), still , they told me to wait, the technical team is rectifying the problem, but no technical call me or visiting my house to check the modem as i reported it spoiled.

i follow up again on wednesday morning & night, they told me the same answer, the technical team is resolving the issue......

so far spoken to 4 different customer service, none of them really address to the REAL problem, instead keep telling me to wait....

i walk in to unifi shop last night, asking if i apply new account, do they have the equipment? they told me they have.....meaning to say, there are plenty of modem sit there......

How should i do to get them fix my issue?

Any advise is appreciated

Is it worth to withdraw EPF Acc 2 to settle PTPTN?

As per title, since EPF allow withdrawal of Acc 2 to settle PTPTN, my concern is EPF pay higher interest, is PTPTN loan interest (the islamic type) compounding ?
Not sure as i misplace my PTPTN agreement , worth doing it?

PS: i paid on time monthly
