I'm looking to build an AI Based Conversational Chatbot mobile application, using voice (TTS, STT) and NLU capability and intelligence from pdf documents and LLM to answer citizen's questions.

The main question is, which platforms, tools, applications, are open source and what are your experience and tips on it ? Or I need to stick to commercial options, I know of Microsoft Azure OpenAI, or Copilot Studio etc. Or can use Google's for free ?

I want to keep the cost minimum, until I see the value potential of the application.

Hi,

If we get the sim number transferred from corporate to personal number (post paid) and Celcom failed to provide bills for 5 months, due to system issue. Despite calling, complaining, can service provider claim for past months bills, which were shown earlier as zero ?

How can we dispute ? What are the laws in this case ?

Is there any update on this TCH investment debacle, from Datuk Goh Hwan Hua of Trillion Cove Holdings Bhd (TCH) ? Last I heard, they settled the investigation out of court and govt. has unfrozen their accounts, but they aren't releasing money to the investors and enticing them to re-invest with new contract for another term of 5 years. Obviously, didn't pay any profits for the past tenure (with the excuse of Covid first and then investigation), while investment tenure already over now.

What are the options for people to get the money back ? Can we take them to court for unpaid profit or atleast return principal fast? Any recommendations for such law firms who have expertise in Prefrential Shares investment in Malaysia ?

Hi,
Need advice for a property purchased 4 years back, on govt loan for 30 years, with 2300 installment. Property valued at 420k during the time of purchase, by agent from developer. Now got possession of property last year and can rent for 1100 partially furnished. And property value devaled to 340k (or actually property value was bloated by agent in the first place).

As can see, rental is quite lower than bank monthly payment. What's best advice to deal with this situation? Specially, looking at recession and prosperity market slowdown. Continue as is, rent property? Or sell . If later, have to taje the loss ? Any better approach to get out of this ?
It's condo in bangi - southville city savanna executive suite ~900 sq ft 3 rooms without balcony. Original intent is investment.

Sell car while on loan

Hi,

Being new to this car loan/financing (islamic), how is the process like, if you plan to sell a call on bank loan. If you purchase a car via Maybank car financing facility for 1 year and after 2 months, you feel like changing the car. Do we need to find a buyer who's willing to take this loan ? or ee've to settle bank loan first before selling car ? But in later case, if you don't have money to settle the loan, then how ? And lastly, how will the bank interest calculation work ? Would they require you to pay full interest amount for 1 year ?

Owner not returning security deposit

Maybe it is a typical issue. For a newbie tenant, leaving property after 4 years, if owner disappears for 5 months (effectively refused) to return security deposit 3.5 x of rental (14k), and when inquired the agent who provided the condo, says damage more than deposit. Which is wrong statement, according to tenant. With standard agreement in place, what options the tenant has to get back the money ? Can/Should take this to the court/litigation ? How much will be lawyers/fees cost, worth compared to the security deposit ? Never delayed rental payment, always repaired/replaced broken stuff, including ceiling fans, to be paid by owner, but never paid..

Hi,

If your 2 years old child get bites (mouth) on arms and legs and the teacher said, it was by some older angry girl, how should parent react? What are their options for grievances.. It look grossly the negligence of school, because of mismanagement or lack of staff to monitor kids. Marks are so deep that, still visible after whole day at day-care. Is there any body one can report to or should approach police for report ? This biting happened 2 months back too, and school apologized. Changing school won't do anything, they'll enjoy the fees and deposits already taken.

* educated teachers/caretakers
* clean environment (hygiene)
* spacious (not shop lot type)
* well organized
* playful environment (not learning burden)
* cautious about covid/other diseases
* provides report on your child
* healthy clean meals

If I say cost is not a concern, which would you recommend ?

Merc B180 transmission error

Hi,

Any guidance for the electronic system repair/replace for Merc B180 2009 model giving error about transmission. One mechanic says, gearbox is fine, it's electronic issue, could cost less than 5k ? Is it too high ? Where can I find the price of such system and can it be repaired for lesser cost ? Error message attached. When I drive, seems like gears aren't changing, it stays on gear 1, engine can start, can drive as well, but car is slow to move as if brakes on. After one day, error disappears, but after driving for a while, it re-appears and slows down the car. Error: "Transmission Consult workshop"
