Job Description:

As a Data Cohorts Associate Consultant you will provide pre-sales, solution integration, and high level functional and technical implementation for customers using Data Cohorts products within the ERP, Core Banking and Core Insurance environment. You will report directly to the Head of IT Solutions. The position is a Product Solution Specialist doing integrations in/with ERP, Core Banking and Core Insurance environment.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
~ Assess requirements, design, and implement Data Cohorts implementation projects, primarily ERP, Core Banking and Core Insurance solutions.
~ Assist team & customers in defining best practice processes for documents handling and associated processes.
~ Conduct customer training sessions.
~ Participate in the development of a solution description that details the customer requirements.
~ Monitor and report progress against objectives and milestones.
~ Assist the customer in the development of test plans.
~ Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems.
~ Define acceptance criteria and gain acceptance for completed projects in a timely fashion.
~ Document the customer’s solution for delivery to the customer and for the Support Department.
~ Respond, as second level support, to customer-reported production problems.

Requirements:

~ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related specialization
~ Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related specialization are encouraged to apply
~ 2+ years’ experience in the field or a related area preferred (not mandatory)
~ Ability to script in VB / Java / JSON (added advantage)
~ Analytic & Problem solving skills
~ Ability to work independently and prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision and as a team player.
~ Knowledge of IT/Document Processing/Data Capture business (not mandatory)
~ Personal integrity, customer focus, positive attitude
~ Handles multiple tasks simultaneously (added advantage)
~ Able to travel within Malaysia & overseas
~ Languages: Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
