Role: IT ENGINEER

Job Description
Installed and configured computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer and scanners.
Monitor all servers remotely to ensure our processes are running smoothly on daily basis.
Troubleshoot systems and networks problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Repaired and replaced equipment as necessary.
Monitored and maintain antivirus systems.
Response in a timely manner to service issues and request.
Fix or escalate issues when problem occurs to minimize downtime.
Provide technical support to business teams or other division of the company.
Job Requirements:-

Remuneration:
RM4000 and above (subject to experience and qualification)

Requirements:
At least Diploma or certificate in IT/Computer Science.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT technical support.
Familiarity with Server OS: Linux/CentOS
Knowledge of SSH, SMTP, Proxy, Firewall, FTP & MySQL would be an added advantage.
Basic skills of setting up DNS, RDNS, Mail Server
Understands CPU and Memory usage loads.
Able to converse in Cantonese & Mandarin will be a + point
Able to start within a month notice will be a + point

HELP - Insurance Claims (Accident)

I hope anyone here can offer me an advise,

I got into an accident yesterday,
1) A car dashed out from a small lane colided into my car.
2) Driver was drunk.
3) Call men arrange for me to meet Sergant and advise me not to report that the other driver is drunk due to complications in the insurance claims.
4) After investigation callmen informed me that the person that knock me is using company car, whats worst is that the road tax has expired and that no valid insurance.
5) Callmen advise me to claim my own insurance and will provide me details and that i can issue a lawyer letter to the company the car belong to.
6) Callmen said he have to transfer my car to other panel now and unable to take up my case.
7) Callmen said estimated repair cost is around 7k
8) My NCD is 55%

What should I or What can I do now?
