            <title>Condo unit below water pump level</title>

            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am a first time property buyer and wish to get some information.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am currently interested in purchasing a unit (level 18 unit 6) and my friend is interested to purchase another unit same floor ( level 18 unit 5). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, there&amp;#39;s a pump/water tank situated on level 19 and level 20 (unit 7 &amp;amp; 8).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The whole block has about 195 units and about 35 floors and residential units starts from level 8. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is it advisable to the the level 18 units since the water pump is just one level above? But is not directly above thou.</description>
