Hi All!.
I got an offer from the above 2 companies.
Im really in dilemma to choose the offer.
For both i dont know the working culture.
For CMS- vb.net and sql server. benefit wise normal but need to go for overseas for sometime.5 days,Insurance Domain
For NCS(I)- its a outsourcing job fully work in Onsite(client off), they described a tough work, wiiling to work for long hrs,5 days work, C#,and Oracle, Banking domain now, may be shifted to Telco domain.
Both offer me somewhat same pay, but NCS pay bit higher than CMS.
Please Veterans, suggest me which one I can choose consider the aspect of money, technology, career growth, domain
and work-life balance.
