price for changing car engine bearing

I'm in KL Setapak area.
My car engine has rattling noise in 2000 rpm.
The mechanic has two solution
1. Try change con rod bearing in engine. Part and labor is 300 to 400.
2. Take out the engine and see which part is worn out. Parts and labor is 2000

The iswara car is 20 yrs old. Car value is low so I think to try on first solution first. But is the labor need to be so expensive? Con rod bearing is just 50 ringgit but I don't know if there is a lot of work.
Please advise sifu

Car engine noise above 2000 RPM

My old Proton iswara 1.3 manual was broke down last week. Prior the car stop at the road side, the engine sound already rattling ("tak tak tak" sound when I press petrol pedal). After tow to a workshop I am unfamiliar, they said I have engine oil leaking and change the engine pressure switch and fill up the engine oil.It cost RM 140.

However, the car engine still rattling just like before it broke down when I press the petrol and I notice it happen when the RPM is more than 2000(when release petrol pedal, the engine noise go away even in high RPM). That mean at the speed 60 to 70km/h, I can hear the engine noisy sound clearly.

It is scary as I am seeking opinion from sifus here, what is the suspected problem and estimate cost to repair.

Possible cause:
1. Piston slap
2. Con rod engine bearing

How much is the reasonable price parts+labour for the 1 and 2?I am in KL.
I think overhaul will cause me 2000 above which is the last choice

Admob wire to Maybank less than invoice

I have USD 206.67 suppose to wire transfer to Maybank. When I check the bank account, it is much lesser than I expected after conversion.

I call Maybak and I get to know Google singapore use Citibank SIngapore, only transfer USD 108.67 to may account. After the conversion, Maybank then Deduct RM 5 (this is what I expected)from the total.

My point is why Citibank Singapore only bank in USD 198.67 and not USD 206.67 that is as invoice? What charges is that?

I feeback to Google admob thru the dashboard but not hear the reply after 2 weeks.

Anyone has the same experience? USD 8 with USD 200 seems like I am getting 4% deduction from Admob
