Where do you guys go to jam (hahahaha i dont even know if thats a word)? Do you always go to the same jamming studio or you try out a lot of other places? Or do you think jamming is a waste of time since you have Guitar Hero II? What do you think a jammin studio should have to make it 'the one'?

P/S - am not doin this because i want to open a jammin studio lol

You guys seen pimp my ride? I wanted to do the same to my car, totally "bikin" with bodykit and all. I wont be changing anything mechanical, just the look with custom bodykit, wide body and put that suspension so my car can jump up and down.

How far can I go with it? Do i need to inform JPJ about it?

Hi

I am workin in the UK at the moment and been saving up in ASB for hari tua lol . The return is quite good but I am thinking of investing a bit more money in Malaysia in case I want to go back anytime soon. I have been thinking of opening up a letting agency where i buy some houses and let it to ppl. But, this business doesnt look like a good idea unless i paid for the houses/flats fully up front and let the house for income.

For example my mom bought a house for 120k+++ , government loan and shes paying like 900++ a month for the loan. She just got a tenant for the house who is paying 450 a month. There is like another 450 a month she needs to fork out of her own money and when i ask she said that she will get full rent after she finished paying the loan or if she is sempit with money she just can sell the house. That doesnt sound like a good investment is it?

Anyone have any idea how to make this business a success or at least feasible as a monthly income?
