Property Portals Smackdown

Guys, which ones of these property portals do you like best?

My review -

iProperty has the most listings, agents and news. Interface is kind of cluttered though.

PropWall is very "readable" and user friendly. I also like the "wall" text. Seems a little thin on listings.

thinkproperty used to have a good forum, but now quite dead. The listings were free, too.

homeguru, starproperty, propertyforsale-rent are rather ho-hum.

Your thoughts?

OK, so I've just gone to iProperty to check out some properties. If you're a user of iProperty, what do you think of the site in general? What do you like about it? what can be improved?

Reason I ask is that I used to use portals in US and Aus (zillow, REA) and they seem so... different.

What do you think?

I've just rented a small office at Empire SOHO - apparently I would need to pay the commercial rate for power. Is this rate fixed by TNB, or could be fixed at any rate by the Empire management?

I need a printer which also faxes and scans documents. Preferably laser. Won't be using frequently, and I am budget-conscious.

Insurance Broker vs Agent

Hello all,

Is using an insurance broker better than an agent? Apparently a broker, being not tied to a particular agency, is able to give side-by-side comparisons of policies across agencies. An agent, naturally, will only push her own companies' policy.

On the other hand, some might say that agents will service you better once you buy a policy - since they are tied to the company.

Opinions?

I am currently looking for either a serviced office (or an instant workstation) in Puchong, Sunway or USJ area. Any recommendations?

I am a solopreneur...so won't need a huge space (minimum a workstation would do...although a one-room small office would be great)

Configuring p2p programs for wifi

I have been trying to run a p2p program (Shareaza) at Starbucks (using the free wifi service provided by timezone) - it says that I am behind a router / firewall. What can I do / how do I configure my system (WinXP) or the program?
