Rental contract

I supposed to start my new intake in April but due to MCO, i didnt get to stay at the room i rented. Worst part is i paid RM3k for the room which include advance rental and deposit. Idk what should i do... should i just cancel my contract? It is even possible to get back my money that i paid? I havent sign my contract yet but paid the money.. what should i do? >.< and my uni will start on September ..

Hi, I have lots of old acne scar on my nose and cheek. Can you guys recommend me any good product, that I can try? My skin type is dry😭. I regret popping my pimples and not taking care of my face when I was in secondary school. Now in university, I realise the importance of taking care of my face. No pain after tooth extraction

Hi, i recently had put on braces and i need to extract 4 tooth. It's normal to not feel pain after the tooth extraction? Because after the numbness were gone, i expect pain but i feel normal. Is this weird? I ask my dentist about it, he says depend on person. i don't understand what does he mean. does anyone feel the same as me?

Hi guys, what do you think of doing business in HELP or INTI or KDU ?
I am interested in business/ finance.
idk if i should choose HELP/INTI/KDU

HELP-SJ2, because I hear it's quite good for business.
I took foundation in science and also science subject during spm. IDK if i can do well, therefore i would like to do business in HELP then in second year a specific major.

INTI-nilai bcoz it has dual award. Is dual award important (in terms of higher salary or employment )?
I might take accounting and finance in INTI becoz they offer SEP (student exchange program), but it's a 50/50 chance because I need to interview. I might not get into SEP. I always dream of studying abroad but it's expensive, this is one of the reason i plan to take accounting and finance if I am going to inti

KDU-glemari.. bcoz the fee is less pricey than HELP and INTI and I want to experience city life since I am from Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. Is KDU business recognized?

Extra small tooth

Guys,
Have you ever had an extra small tooth beside a normal tooth?
The extra small tooth is not really big , it grow beside the normal tooth
and its very small size like a toothpick. After a few month, it disappeared. Has anyone encounter before?

It's worth it do double degree on Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science or be more specific for my degree to stick to one specialize major?

student exchange program- business

I am interested in doing finance or finance and economics for my degree.
I want to do 3 years fully local and maybe a semester to study abroad? or student exchange program? because I cannot afford to study oversea or 2+1 program huhu
I done some research , HELP and Inti have a semester study abroad. I wonder if Taylor or other university have? Can give suggestion if other university have this kind of programmes? I have checked Taylor's and others university website but I dont understand the study route. Anyone doing Finance or Finance and economics?

Dentistry or accounting ?

Hi, I have completed my foundation in science.
Idk if i should go for dentistry or accounting for degree.
It's two different thing for me because I took science stream during high school and also in university. Therefore, I have no exposure to business stream. I picked either dentistry or accounting for my degree because

Dentistry
1)I like to explore people teeth LOL
2)I want to open my own clinic in the future
3) Good pay?

Accounting
1) I have grown a bit of interest in business
2) It's cheaper than dentistry ( cost ) - i dont want to burden my parents
3) Shorter time to graduate bcoz ( Dentistry 5 years studies + 1 year services)
4) Dont need to communicate much with people?

I think if I am doing dentistry, I might go for Segi University
if accounting maybe Sunway University.
Is Segi good for dentistry degree? How about Sunway (accounting of finance)?

I finished my foundation in science this year and most probably Im going to enroll on August intake. The problem is idk if i should stick with science stream or business, because i have not study accounting, economics or business before in SPM and foundation. Idk if i should try to switch to business path or science path? It's easy to change and cope with new subjects?
