Hi, after resigned (with proper handover n acknowledgment letter) can the previous company management disturb us or take any action? Example like checking if the reason we provide to them is correct or not? And trying to find out where/which company we gonna join next?

Company mentioned in payslip kwsp is paid but actually did not pay for 3 months when we ask the management.. they say no one has no rights to talk about it. The actually reason was company has no money to pay. What should we do?

Is there a legal way to skip the notice period when resign? My current notice period is 3 months and I have told my management that i will take unpaid leave and release me early. Verbally they said can. But they still haven’t acknowledge my resignation letter. Kindly advice.
