AVANT PET RESOURCES SDN BHD is the premier distributor pet food and products in Malaysia; with a portfolio of international brands in our roster. We are looking for interns who are passionate and committed to learn about Malaysia’s growing pet-indusry and to educate the public about pet health through our range of pet food brands.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Our Internship Program extends to various parts of our organization. Internships are available in the following department/s:

> COMMUNICATIONS
> PUBLIC RELATIONS
> ADVERTISING

INTERNSHIP PERIOD
SESSION 1 : Oct 2017 - Dec 2017
SESSION 2 : Dec 2017 - Feb 2018
SESSION 3 : Feb 2017 - April 2018

DETAILS OF INTERNSHIP
- Duration of internship is minimum of three (3) months.
- A monthly allowance will be provided to interns to cover food & transportation.
- Students will get a letter of recommendation from AvantPet upon completion of internship program, which they can use for their future job application.
- Location of internship program: Ara Damansara, Selangor
- Allowance of minimum RM500.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
- Students in their final year of studies.
- Fresh grads waiting for job placement.

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in the above related fields.
- Currently enrolled in a tertiary course at a college/university.
- Willing to travel & possess own car (with valid driving license).

We are looking for candidates who are passionate and committed to helping pets live a happier and longer life, by providing with them with quality nutritional pet products. You key responsibility is to increase sales and boost brand awareness for our pet food brands. You will be expected to engage consumers in a high-traffic retail location and represent one of the best pet foods on the market today.

SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond promptly to sales enquiries & quotation requests.
- Responsible to secure sales orders & achieve sales target of the Company.
- Responsible to actively service new (and existing) customers.
- Responsible for developing new customers accounts & promoting new products.
- Responsible to gather market info & feedback for business development purpose.

JOB REQUREMENTS
- Minimum with secondary school level education.
- Proficient in English, Malay & Chinese languages.
- Good interpersonal, communication &presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, able to work independently & also as a team player.
- Willing to travel outstation & possess own car (with valid driving license).
- Previous sales or related experience will be added advantage.
