Is this normal on ebay?

The grand total is $330 USD. I checked on M2U forex area = RM1389.96.
After payment made using my debit card, total deducted = RM1533.40.
The extra deduction = service charge fee by maybank? or because ebay
price converter is different? Can anyone help me to confirm?

I'm running away from paypal because total will be charged = RM1529.60
but seems like maybank eat more money than paypal.
