would like to find out more about how people perceive pointers and level of education, sorry if i made it a bit too complicated but i think it will be helpful for some people.

If the position is a decent engineering job @ large MNC, with all other factors being ignored, who do you think is more likely to be hired in each scenario

What to do when rent provider retaliates complaint

I asked to move out due to noise. It was a partition room, they had a very melicious/deceptive sales practice to lure me into accepting the partition room.

I made complaint about noises and asked for a refund to move out immediately. They insist i must stay until a certain period and pay rent.

After i complained, they instructed the guards to make my entry difficult, they are also disrespectful, humiliating and purposely delay in a way that make things difficult for me to explain how they mistreat me so everyone will just think i am one of the unreasonable bullies who are against guards.

Not only that, they made my housemates, students who that can afford flexible sleep schedules, to make significantly worse disturbance to the degree it is completely unliveable (loud non-stop conversation, weird human-made noises, heavy cooking, etc etc at 2-5am), these didn't exist before i complain, i didn't complain about the housemates, i complaint the poor noise insulation, the noise before this was subtle movement which was enough to disturb my sleep because noise insulation were non-existent, imagine how it is now they pull these.

I already paid rent and they ask me to just leave with no intention of giving refund.
