Hi Sifus,

I'm planning to do aluminium kitchen cabinet for my wet kitchen. Need your advice below

1. Any contacts? Prefer those you have engaged before with good service and workmanship. Location Cheras
2. What countertop is recommended? A contractor recommended quartz top on concrete top (Why do i need two layers? I'm confused)
3. I was told that if i want aluminium carcass then i can only choose granite or quartz top, cannot use concrete, is it true?
4. I'm planning to use induction hob. Is there a risk of electrocution if I use aluminium carcass, 3G door, and a quartz top with induction hob?

Hi sifu, i like the convenience of having a centralized heater and lower risk of being electrocuted. Is it really safer compared with instant water heater?

PPUM or UMSC, difference?

Hi, i would like to know if my understanding below is correct

PPUM is the government wing, only accept walk in patient (no appointment?) and is cheaper especially for government servant, or dependants of government servant, procedure and treatment to be done by students in UM

UMSC is the private wing with specialist doctor, accept appointment only, and not subsidised by government

Is it correct to say if i want to see a specialist, i need to go to the private wing and make apt with the desired specialist? after consult the specialist can i have the procedure/surgery done in PPUM to save cost?

Can anyone share your experience or knowledge?

I noticed the price difference for mazda 5 2013 and mazda 5 sky active 2014 is quite big. Any reason?

Any mazda 5 owner who owns a mazda 5 2013 or older? does sky active really helps a lot in terms of FC?

In terms of maintenance cost, is mazda higher than toyota/honda?

Toyota Wish, Sienta or BRV?

Hi,

Need your honest feedback on these 3 cars.

Planning to choose one among these 3

1. Wish 2013 (around 100k)
- looks more elegant
- more power among 3

Cons
- more expensive
- high maintenance? and limited warranty (usually 1 year max)
- 3rd row leg room is smaller
- no air cone blower at 2nd row

2. Sienta (around 95k)
- power door
- more spacious 3rd row leg room
- free 3 years service
- a bit underpowered when i test drive

Cons
- design a bit feminine (personal view)

3. BRV (around 92k)
- cheapest among 3
- Design Wish> BRV>Sienta

Cons
- interior design not so friendly compared to other 2 cars

Can any wish owner advise me the maintenance cost for Toyota Wish (around 4 years car)? Is it expensive compared to other 2?
Also, where can i get cheaper and reliable toyota wish? Any dealer to recommend?
Anything to take note/check when buying a recon toyota wish?
Is the air cond a big issue? Assuming i have passengers on 3rd row often
