Anyone tried Intermittent Fasting?

It's the heaviest weight in my life! (touch wood, hope no next highest point) =.=

It comes to a point that I found all my dresses in closet are not wearable!! T.T

Coming to July 2017, I made the following changes：
1. 16-18 hours intermittent fasting (No food after 7pm, Brunch at 11am）
2. No/very low carb intake ~20-50g per day
3. Loads of vegetables & meats
4. Daily jog ~30-45 mins (Phase 1)
5. Total body workout （Tues, Thurs, Sat) - 5 push ups, 5 pull ups/chin ups, 5 knee raises, 5 dips, 5 squats (Phase 1)

Anyone here tried IF and any stories/advise mind to share? ^^

This plan provides comprehensive benefits as follow:

1) BASIS OF INTEREST COVERAGE
Pay 100% of the amount of coverage or surrender values,whichever is higher, for death or total disabilityand permanent (TPD).

2) COVERAGE OF COMPREHENSIVE CANCER WOMEN
Protecting you from the early stages of her cancer and so on:Carcinoma in situ women - Payments at once by 50% of the amount of your coverage.

3) RESET PROTECTION BENEFITS
This benefit will reset the amount of protection to the full amount, 12 months after theyou are diagnosed with carcinoma in situ.4) CANCER BENEFIT OF WOMEN
A lump sum payment of 100% of the amount of coverage, or the surrender value, whichever is higher.

5) ADDITIONAL BENEFITS WHEN DIAGNOSED WITH BREAST CANCER
• 100% Compensation will be paid immediately.
• Additional 30% of the amount of coverage automatically check your breast reconstructive surgery.
• Additional 30% of the amount of protection for breast removal.
