A 56-year-old B.C. man who confessed to documenting the sexual assault of a teenage girl and told the court he didn’t need consent to have sex with women, has been jailed after a judge rejected his request to have the case tossed over court delays.

Prakash Lekhraj, who shared images of the rape in a group chat and told members that the girl “took it like a champ,” was convicted of sexual assault and making or publishing child pornography in a November 2023 trial.

The B.C. prosecution service told the National Post he’s been sentenced to more than three years in prison for the crime, details of which were recently made public in a decision from provincial court Judge Ellen Gordon on Sept. 18.

“In the early morning hours of August 23, 2020, Prakash Lekhraj sexually assaulted the complainant, then a teenaged girl, by, among other acts, both vaginal and anal penetration. He photographed her and via a group text message bragged to his friends,” reads Gordon’s ruling.

During his three-day trial, Lekhraj admitted to the assault and told “the Court that he never needs to seek the consent of a female to have sexual relations with her.”

Cuma harus diingat meskipun mereka layak mewakili Malaysia namun tidak bermakna mereka akan memilih Malaysia memandangkan mereka lahir di negara yang memiliki kualiti bola sepak yang jauh lebih baik berbanding negara ini.

Berdasarkan pencarian frfuturetalents, kebanyakan pemain ini berkelahiran Belanda dan beraksi di liga tempatan namun ada yang beraksi bersama skuad pembangunan di England, liga bawahan di England selain di Itali.

Kelompok pemain ini juga masih muda dan mengisi banyak posisi sekali gus mampu memberi manfaat jangka panjang buat skuad kebangsaan sekiranya mereka memilih untuk mewakili negara pada masa akan datang.

Garcia, a 21-year-old winger who previously spent time with Real Madrid's youth team, has featured once for Barcelona B this year.

Thanks to the talent search website, frfuturetalents, the FA of Malaysia (FAM) has a straightforward task in enticing these mixed-race players to take up Malaysian passports and join the national team. They are young, versatile, and capable of providing long-term benefits to the national squad if they choose to represent the country in the future.

Notable players include Heracles Almelo's 21-year-old midfielder, Sem Scherperman, with Malaysian ancestry through his grandmother, and his teammate, Diego Van Oorshot, who has Malaysian blood through his grandmother.
