Going out on casual meet up or date.

In situation that she is your 1. casual friend, 2. GF. Who should be the one to pay for the meals on a continuous casual meet up or date?

So far what i been through is me paying for the food. Although I don't mind at first, overtime you might realize you are paying over few thousand for all the meet ups. Meet up with guys its so easy and simple. Everyone automatically pay for their share. No need ask they auto split the bill. With girls i notice the tendency is we pay for the food. RM50 or RM200.

Although i did saw some gesture of her wanting to pay. It wasn't a strong move. More like: "Do you want me to pay or not", "you sure or not", or holding the wallet but not taking out anything. In the end, just to trigger the guys ego that "okay i will pay for it".

Malaysia norm if you meet up with a girl, guys must be the one to pay the bills?
