Able to work with flexible hours including weekends and public holidays, up to 54 hours per week
Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in a professional way

Responsibilities : -

Responsible in monitor and maintenance restaurant daily activities
To ensure that guest service is delivered in an efficient and friendly manner
Perform audit checking for all the complete job task and outlet operation checklist
Provide assist to subordinates for any reported issues
Work as role model participating in restaurant operations
To ensure all procedures comply with the company standards and policies
