House cleaning services ?

Me and my friends have rented this apartment for 6-7 Years and all of them are moving out, which left just me alone.

I think this is the right time for me to do a deep cleaning of the house as there's way, wayyy too much mess in this house.

From 3 unused wardrobes, with a bunch of unused clothes/bed frames.

So basically I kinda need people to clear the stuffs in my place to whatever they wanna do with it, and then probably need people to do a cleaning of the house.

Cleanings from cobwebs, living room toilets, and kitchen. Stuff like that.

I saw it once on TikTok where they were advertising this things but i forgot to take note of them then,

So I was wondering if anyone here knows what kind of company I can contact to do these things as I've never requested them before.

Especially the wardrobes. I have no use for these big wardrobes that is taking too much space in this place, the clothes i can probably donate them but even then, where ? Lol.

If theres one Company that help settle all of this instead of me having to inquire multiple different company that would be better aswell.

Should I rent out my rooms or find housemate ?

As the tittle implies. At the moment, all of my study friends are leaving the apartment we renting ( 3 Rooms ) and its just left alone with me.

I was thinking of leaving the house aswell but since the place is quite convenient for me to go to my work place ( of course, there is better ones ) and I'm already quite comfortable, i am quite reluctant to find a new place to stay.

So at the moment, these 2 options are the ones that popped inside my head.

So I either find a new stranger housemate, or, rent out the other 2 extra rooms.

For context, its not really that fancy of an apartment, its your average medium-low apartment where the bare necessities are there, and due to being a "bujang" house, its not really that maintained over the past few years.

If anyone have any suggestions, im sure both of these have their pros and cons, but to me, they seem the same. Regardless, in one way or another, i might need to make the apartment look more appealing so that others will want to stay right?

Does anyone have any suggestions on this matter? Im new to this whole renting out a room thing or, finding strangers housemates. Do i need to get some sort of deposit payment with them regardless? Make some sort of written contracts etc etc.

If theres anywhere I can read about this from A to Z, that would be great aswell.

Error 406

So i tried subscribing directly and it gave me Error 406. Tried 2 times and i got charged for like, 10 ringgit Ughh. I heard its a problem from our bank side ? We need to call them and enable transaction with Square Enix ? I also heard if you buy crysta to sub instead of sub directly they'll let you through ? Anyone can help me out abit ?

Is Lazada Trustable ?

So im trying to buy S8 distributed by Tesco from Lazada. They got quite a review, 61 which most of em are positive. But sometimes i find it hard to believe the reviews also. So im here wondering if some of you guys have bough from Lazada before and if its safe for me to buy from them ? The only reason i choose to buy from Lazada is for the Installment ones.

Anyone here can tell me something i should or need to know before purchasing from them ?

Questions Regarding buying phones from Digi

So currently there's an offer on S8/S8+ Being 1600 and 2000 ish price respectively. I never really tried buying online from any store like Digi etc etc.
I Was wondering if there's any requirement before ? The other day i went to maxis and ask they said i need to subscribe to their postplan for 6 months before being able to purchase any phones + plan from their place. Is digi the same ? Is there no plan where you can newly subscribe to a plan and get a phone with it ?

Also i dont know how it works but by that price, does it mean the price of the Phone is 1.6/2k or is it the upfront or something ...

Im really sorry this kind of question is kind of stupid but i just want to clear some things up before purchasing it.

Also is there anything i should know before purchasing phone this way (Phone+Plan) ? Anyone out there have any tips/guides so i wont make any stupid mistakes ?

Karate Dojo At/Around KL

So is there any Karate Dojo that are active in competition at around KL ? Or maybe Subang ? I Currently live in Subang Bestari and was wondering if theres any nearby Karate Dojo. Or maybe any Dojo that are accessible through the use of KTM or Lrt ? Or even Bus ? any public transportation will do as long as its not a Taxi. Ktm is preferable because its easier since i dont have to wait for RapidKL bus that took like 1 hour per bus.

Even if its at KL i dont mind. Anyone know ?

Anyone tried Pingzapper/Mudfish kind of service ?

Tittle says it, Anyone here used Mudfish/Pingzapper/Wtfast or any similar program to reduce packet loss or ping ? Any positive results from it ? Im thinking of maybe trying Mudfish. Maybe ping zapper but not WtFast maybe. People have been saying they are pretty shady and all, bad customer service etc etc.
