I went to see doctor to check why i sleep so much

Ask me dont fap so much wtffff!!

First i went in and describe my problem. I also mentioned that i exercise 3-4 times a week.

Feeling weird, she ask me a very weird question, describe my sex life. I feel weird and question her what does she meant by that?

Then she gave me a questionnaire coz i shy shy.

After filling up questions and all, she told me that i am too addicted to masturbation.

I told her its healthy what? Science proven fapping is good and reduces testicular cancer.

She mentioned that three to four times is good but anything more than that continuously for few years will be detrimental to health.

Apparently fapping more than 10 times a week continuously for 10 years is what cost me my health currently. The reason i am tired relentlessly is mainly due to this issue.

520 times a year x 10 years = 5,200 times. She also mentioned once it exceeds 5,000 times, thats when the effect comes out. It real and im scare now.

She asked me try to stop fapping to cure it. I am at day 2 of my no-fap. Macam yes wo.

I am not tired and not so sleepy anymore.

Is it psychology or physically real? It feels worse than trying to stop smoking. #Day2

Nikkei Malaysia Manufacturing PMI

KUALA LUMPUR (July 3): The Nikkei Malaysia Manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) fell to 46.9 in June, from 48.7 in May, as output and new orders declined.

IHS Markit said in a note today that June's reading pointed to the worst downturn at the country's manufacturers, since data collection started five years ago.

"Business conditions worsened noticeably, with both output and new orders falling more quickly than in May. Employment was broadly stagnant, while purchasing activity and input stocks declined at survey-record rates.

"Despite underlying weakness in client demand, manufacturers remained upbeat about the year ahead, with optimism [having] improved slightly since May. On the price front, cost pressures eased to the weakest in eight months," said IHS Markit, which owns the Nikkei Malaysia Manufacturing PMI.

Nikkei is the index's sponsor. An index reading of above 50 indicates manufacturing sector growth, while a figure below 50 shows a contraction.

IHS Markit said there were reports of lower client demand in June and an economic slowdown during the month.

It said lower demand and output requirements had reduced purchasing activity within the manufacturing sector.

"Inventories of finished goods also declined, as has been the case throughout the second quarter,” IHS Markit said.

How to cure sleeping disorder/disease?

My daily sleeping time = 12am-9am

After lunch 12pm-2pm, sometimes accidentally wake up 5pm

If wake 2pm, normally will nap from 5pm-7pm

Then dinner and sleep.

Am I got the disease? Why I sleep so much still sleepy?

Even when I work I need to nap every hour. Sleep during lunch, sleep when boss is out, why?

Anyone got such issue? My daily average sleeping time is at least 12 hours. Sometimes 16 hours.

Weekend normally sleep whole day.

After sleeping so much nowadays I feel a bit heartache and heavy breathing when waking up.

Anyone can help?

Why do they not implement restricted access for specific purposes only? Why anyone can just key in ur IC and name and have access to it? Loans, credit card, savings, FD etc.

Only in Malaysia or throughout the world? So if I work in bank I can key in their IC and name then tell anyone how much this person has on his/her account?

I damn dulan seriously. Do you put your assets overseas to prevent such issues?

Our banks has two big issues, people selling our info to marketing agency and access to anyone's account by any bankers.

Have few group chats all whom are very motivated to earn money, some are sales agents, some are business owners etc.

Sometimes I see them stress, sometimes complain, never happy etc..

So I started to send articles on things that we should focus on, such as do not focus solely on monetary success, focus also on family, relations ships, wife or gf. As many said that success or money can't buy time.

Most articles I sent talked about how we should spend more time with parents and regret on working too hard until lost family etc.

YOU ALL KNOW WHAT I GET INSTEAD FOR SHARING WITH THEM?!? Wtfff!!!

They said that I am not successful hence only focus on family relationships, wife relationships etc. I mean wtf!?!?

I share with them hope they don't regret one day they say I am ambitionless and using all these as excuses for not working hard.

So I get fxxked for trying to share with them the regrets of other!?!? Wtfffff

Why is everyone so lured into all these monetary chasing schemes?! It's like just because they have a family, wife, health for now, they think can last forever so sacrifice it now first?? Wtf mentality is that?!

Wahhhhhhh I damn pissed and I never share anything anymore after that. They deemed me as demotivating th by sending them such articles and stories.

So I learn liao. To have good intentions also have to depends on situation. Basically have to follow the majority.

Those Bloomberg Asia Top 30 below 30 all came from rich families.

Are there anyone out there who made it big and successful without family help or coming from poor family (e.g. Poverty line income family)?

Most I see their household income at least RM10k and above some even RM100k to RM1m.

My friend challenge me to find an example of poorfag with poor family background making it big.

So far I can't think of any so need /k help me to repudiate his statement.

Should we climb corporate ladder until C-level

I check some Public listed company C-level executives earning like RM10m a year.

Would it be better to climb corporate ladder until high up or start own business?

Both have around the same difficulty to achieve. Very slim chances to climb up to C-level executive.

Actually many people have it wrong. It harder to climb corporate ladder than starting business.

Chances of you reaching C-level executive is much lower than owning an online boutique shop(sell casing, cloth etc).

Then why people discourage youngsters from doing business when it's easier to succeed compared to climbing corporate ladder?

Additional answers in case ppl ask how I survive with RM5k. I can't.

Why? Here is why:

I find it hard to survive with RM5k. Net is around 5.3k(bonus + salary per annum/12). I get a BMW 320i recon at RM200k ady monthly instalment around RM2.5k.

Left RM2.8k,
Daily expenses around RM50 for breakfast and lunch = RM1.1k for a month excluding weekends.

Left RM1.7k.
Petrol and toll and car wax every month adds up to around RM700.

Left RM1k to enjoy a bit.

Normally no savings at end of month. Sometimes borrow money from relatives.

Hard to survive with RM5k seriously.

How you guys deal with those gangster

That day my friend was working halfway(in a factory and legal manufacturing business) and gangsters with scars on body came in and ask for protection money.

My friend being a new joiner dunno what to do and told his boss. His boss refused to give and say the reason they behave as such is due to all of us keep giving in to them hence the uncontrollable problems.

Just report police will do to deter them. Hence they refused to give the protection money and that night itself their factory got broken in and goods were stolen.

They proceeded to report police and no stuffs were stolen after that. But it's just few days after that. My friend said he quite scare they come back find him as he is the who dealt with them previously.

How /k solve such issue? Report police hoping for protection or patrol? Will it endanger my friend's life if they refuse to give the money?

Any /k experience before?

My friend company kantoi..

He when disbursed salary time differ from offer letter. Amacam? Employee dishonest kah atau HR or payroll fault?

Employee A before joining verbally agreed to start with RM1800.

When offer letter out, I think miscommunication, hence RM2150 in offer letter given to the employee.

The employee no inform terus sign offer letter weeks ago then dunno whose fault no check.

Realised this and rectify back to disburse RM1800.

Now the employee argue apasal offer letter RM2150 but RM1800 when receive salary.

My friend told him verbally they agree RM1800 last time but when he saw RM2150 he pretended dunno instead of informing the HR the mistake.

So this case macam mana?
