Currently i placed my booking for a condo, which is 2% of selling price. The owner went oversea for two weeks and he signed the booking form 2 days ago. So, the 15 days should start after he/she signed the booking form right>? another problem now, the owner unwilling to give me a copy of his S&P, therefore i cant proceed with bank loan application. May i know how should i handle this condition? Pls kindly advice.

Hi sifu out there... i juz bought a dopod M700 few days ago.. but i couldn't using Activesync because when the computer detect my device as new hardware, this msg pop out:

"the file 'rndismpx' on unknown is needed"

Type the path where the file is located and press OK

Copy files from: XXXXXX

Does tis means tat i need driver for the rndismpx ?

May i know 2 solve tis prob?
