i received the call from UOB bank for management trainee position. i am a fresh graduate. i have been working about half year. i would like to know is management trainee provide good career prospect in the future??? but i heard from my friend that they have to do sales.

I just graduated this year. i joined management trainee programme in one big company. i quit after 4 months because I didnt learn much at there. Usually quite free all the time. and of course big company got politics problem. Hence, i am now working in small company company where my fren introduce me to work at here. this company is more on accounting job using SAP. I am studying Finance. i wish to work in investment bank. I am thinking to find investment job. should I continue working in my current company longer??? or quit?? however,it seems that my resume is not good for other employers. kindly advice. Thanks
