I have some questions:<br />1. How much annual increment in your company? Is this related to your working exp or age? eg, a 26yo (2.5k) guy get 10% annual increment (250), will the 40 yo guy (6k) get the same 10% (600), assume they both get same rating in appraisal <br />2. I heard quite many people get more than 10% annual increment, is it normal or just because their basic pay is low? Does not make sense that &gt;10%increment every year , if like that everybody will get at least 10k when they are 55<br />3.what I actually think is that there will be an upper limit for each position, eg 8k for senior engineer/executive, once your salary reach there your annual increment might be 1-3% maybe? If higher than the upper limit that will be higher level role(in this example-manager)<br />4. I heard some senior told me if you are not promoted to manager at 40yo u will stay at senior engineer/ executive forever, is it true?
