I just bought 2 pounds nitrotech hardcore pro-series when i openend it up found out that there isnt a foil seal cover on the bottle. Is it suppose to be like that ?

injured my forearm and wrist(left hand) while doing barbell curls dont think i fracture my wrist. But it dosent hurt, only when i carry heavy object i can feel my forearm and wrist in pain is this due to muscle strain on the forearm? Is this a normal thing and let time do the healing or shuld i go see a chiropractor.

Have a few question - [ sorry about the noob question]
My fren just bought WoW starter pack and burning crusade, he plan on passing me the 10 days trial cd key from the starter pack. Can i play it on a downloaded game client and after the 10 days trial expire i should buy the 60days time card in order to proceed the game with the same acc ?

If i'm using the cd key from the starter pack will i be able to play the new jobs and maps ?
