streamyx - mail server not responding

Just wondering and sharing my problem, hoping someone else had this issue as well.

I'm subscribed to a streamyx line(TM dlink router modem). The modem/router is connected to 2x24port switch.
I've got around 15 users or so, all using Outlook to get mail from my hosted website via POP(mail.******.com)

My problem is, once in a while, my users will complain that, they can't retrieve their mail via outlook( outlook just will not access the pop server at all, but pinging it, there is response.). And when that happens, all of my users, outlook will not access their mails anymore at all via outlook. When they tried using web mails, they can see there are mails in their inbox's.

When this scenario happens. The only solution for me to solve this problem was to reboot/restart the router. Streamyx connection will simply be disc and re-connected. Immediately after I did that, the pop/mail server would immediately be responsive and retrieve all mails.

My question is that, is this a streamyx issue? or hardware related issue, in this case, the router? my switch's?
Is there any go about to this problem without restarting the router, hence reconnecting the streamyx connection.

Anyone? bty, hosting via exabytes.

Printer Drivers

Hm.. anyone have a solution for PC's Using windows 98 who wants to print to a non windows 98 supported printer?

In my case, my office is upgrading to a Konica Minolta Bix 362 which is actually an all in one printer and is running on IP. But I've got like 70% of my current office PC's which are still stuck with windows 98 and no drivers for this printer.

Any help guys?

N78 problem

hi, everyone, I've recently got myself a NOKIA N78 and this is my very first Nokia handset.. previously been using SE all the time.

Now, I've got this problem, whenever I went on the photo section which will enable me to view thumbnails of my photo with the naviwheel, I would get a thumbnail of OTHER photo's displayed but with the filename that tells me that its actually a photo taken from my camera.

Also, I found that my unit will be able to start once, but if I turn off the unit, and on it again, it will not "boot" anymore, it will just get stuck on the NOkia screen only.. I would then have to take out the battery and restarts the phone again, then only it will start. Is this a common nokia problem? or has it got something to do with the symbian OS?

it says here that this is the latest version of firmware available which is, 20.149.051.1. but I've used the nokia software update and did the update and only gotten a custom version of 12.046.204.5 only?
