As an introvert person I really don't know how to communicate well with my colleagues. Most of the time I just keep quiet and do my own task. There got 'two group' in my company. Recently 1 of the group accused me said and do something that I didn't commit to another group. Now both of the group everyday playing trick and make my life hard in the office.
