Inheritance issue.

Hi sifus, just need some advice on this matter as I'm trying to help out an uncle of mine who doesnt have much knowledge in regards to this matter.

Here's the issue:

Uncle (A) bought a house for his dad around 30 years back and got it registered under his dad's name and the property has been rented out ever since. In addition to that, A has 2 brothers - B and C. All 3 siblings (A, B and C) have kids. After A's parents passed off, A allowed C and his family to collect the rental for their own use due to their financial position. However as time moved on, both B and C passed off as well.

After C passed off, A allowed C's wife and kids to continue collecting and using the rental. But now due to C's wife personal affairs with a 3rd party, A is looking to obtain the rightful ownership of the property and to equally distribute it among A, B and C's family. He just doesnt want C's wife and new partner to enjoy the property any longer.

As you can see, this is not a straight forward matter and plus there was no will done by A's parents. We have contacted some lawyers and all of them has given difference views, advice and cost structures which has only complicated things for A further.

My question is, is there anything A can do to obtain back the property?. If yes, which agencies are involved? Or what are the best steps to be taking by a particular lawyer?. Also, do any of you know any reliable lawyer who has experience to assist on this matter?. If it may help, the property is valued between 500-600k currently.
