Ryzen Without GPU testing

I'm aware that Ryzen machines cannot boot into Windows or similar without GPUs, because Ryzen chips don't have iGPUs. However, circumstances have left me stranded without one for a few days. I want to test the rest of the parts first, to make sure they all work fine. How do I do this?

Need to know, because right now I am favouring Jayacom (IOI City) just for its location (I don't have to drive 30km to send my precious parts back home to self assemble).

However, a quick google search on Jayacom brings up the "Don't buy from Jayacom" thread from 2012. Latest post is 2015, but maybe that's too old. So what is your opinion in 2017?

I bought a Windows 10 key in anticipation of building a new PC in the coming days, but due to reasons completely (and not completely) out of my control, I was unable to purchase the rig. Will the key ever expire?
