Hello all.

I hv been a hardcore user of this app called Apmemo. Liked it so much, I even bought the app. Its just a simple app where you can scribble and set alarm/reminder. Very useful for me. I can't find the app in playstore anymore. Not sure what happen.

Since I'm changing to a new phone, is there anyway I can transfer the app to new phone? Or is there any other similar app?
Appreciate some advice or recommendations. Thanks

Hi... Am planning to go GH in 2 weeks time. First World are fully booked. Prefer a room below rm250 per night. Any other accommodation that are around that budget and not too far from First World? Is Grab easily available in GH? Thanks.

Property Market Value...need advice.

Hi guys, my gf parents is transfering a property to her name. In the lawyer transfer letter, it states that the property value is at 100k, where else we know its worth at least 300k or more.
If there any issue of the lower valuation? Of course we paid lower fees based on the price. But just curious will it affect in future if we want to sell the property? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Am looking around for outdoor wifi cctv. Anyone here using it and care to recommend a decent one? I hv a few criteria for this cctv.
1. Hv motion sensor. Send notification to my phone
2. Hv some app(reliable app) to view live recording.
3. Waterproof
4. Accept micro sd card. Dont know how reliable it will be as the cctv will be outdoor, but under an awning.
5. Hv alarm/buzzer to scare/warn intruder(this is optional though)

My budget is around rm100 to 250.

Hi, am planning to rent a MPV (Innova/Serena) and so far Suria Car Rental price is quite reasonable. Anyone has any experience with them before? Carr to share your experience? I did check out other car rental like Hawk and Hertz. But they r quite pricey.
