She came home depress.<br /><br />I quickly call HSBC to temporary freeze the transaction and it was still floating while i make a police report(less than 1 hour after the transaction). But they insisted that i need a police report ready instead. Hal Ehwal Perdagangan pegawai said that the bank have the right to freeze it under the request of the customer. But why didn&#39;t they? By the time my report is ready (1 hour lost), the transaction already gone through. Will the bank will held liable?
