Scratch and Win Scam

My mom fall into their trap. She got coax into signing RM5000++ into buying products that worth less than RM1000. They said they needed a deposit of RM100 but my mom had only RM50. And then they saw my mom credit and they swiped RM5000 instead. My mom was shocked. They twist and turn and grill her for 2 hours, until she force to sign the transaction because they refuse to let her leave. They stuff up all the junks up the car, and she left. She came home depress.

I quickly call HSBC to temporary freeze the transaction and it was still floating while i make a police report(less than 1 hour after the transaction). But they insisted that i need a police report ready instead. Hal Ehwal Perdagangan pegawai said that the bank have the right to freeze it under the request of the customer. But why didn't they? By the time my report is ready (1 hour lost), the transaction already gone through. Will the bank will held liable? They just freeze for 3 hours i happy already.

By the way those faggots are still in front of Tesco Ipoh near pizza entrance. There dare show their faces even when newspaper already reported it.

Those ******* are operating under a loophole in our system. Since my mom receive the product, it is a legal trade unless she didn't take it. Even they are charge, it won't be civil court, just trade disputes. Heck they can afford it, since tribunal will only fine them RM20-30k only when only 3 of 10 only reported it. Even it is "diharamkan" the police can't arrest them. You guys have any idea how to bring them down? And I want to sue the bank!

No bullshit pls. I had enough.
