Need Assistance on Icloud Backup (Urgent)

Dear all,

1 day ago I accidentally deleted my icloud back up for my iPhone. Therefore now all the icloud backup has disappeared. I google and went into icloud.com to restore files but got nothing inside to restore. I was wondering is there any other solution to get back by iPhone back up under icloud?

Please I really need to recover the photos inside the iPhone backup as I earlier did not did that backup manually.

What actually happen scenario:
1. I gave my iPhone 6s to my mother and my brother request for the icloud password.
2. I gave it and the reset & erase all settings. Not sure he got sign out the icloud but he called me said needed the password and I accidentally gave it.
3. Now all my photos is gone & my icloud backup for my A iPhone also gone. I really need assistance to get this backup back.

Please assist ya thank you.

Basically as topic a new CPU. Budget is less than rm1500.
Basic Idea i got is muz hav 1gb ddr2 ram[533 or 667] is optional, graphic card, budget around 200-300, wanna get AMD instead of pentium, Motherboard not sure wat kind 2 get, any ideas? Harddisk, will use back from previous CPU, need new casing, .what else i need?
