Rental Deposit Refund (not signed any agreement)

Hi all, would like to ask if not yet sign tenancy agreement, but paid fully and their platform T&C don't have mention situation like this, can still get back deposit?

14.4 No Booking Deposit is refundable once it has been released to the Owner under Clause 15.5. Accordingly, we strongly advise the User to notify us of any changes made to the Check-in Period or Check-in Date by sending us an email or contacting our customer service department as soon as practicable before the expiry of the Check-in Period. We shall not be liable to the User under any circumstances whatsoever for any damages, losses, cost, or expenses of whatsoever nature suffered by the User or any third party due to the failure of the User to notify us of such changes or after the Balance Deposit has been released to the Owner.

Long story short- I viewed unit, everything OK. Platform only showed agreement after I pay deposit. But agreement wrong (unit is kosong no table no chair no wardrobe), I ask to amend, they say cannot. I request full refund, they no reply (yet) I'm scared they want stall until 1 month and say too long time no more refund deposit.

any sifus have advise for chasing back deposit? Do I make police report or where can I get help from? tia

Do you guys prefer Machines or Switch for warranty

So rude the Machines guy, website bugged so I go watsapp ask, waited 2.5hrs to a most copy pasted reply ever then end the session.

Just say properly la phone already fixed from apple, waiting for shipment back to store.
30 seconds to write the answer also kenot must use copy paste. Keep saying waiting for replacement parts to arrive zzz

got cheated on part time salary

Last time was semester break so I was looking for a job, found a job accepted salary offer RM1100.
But after working the boss say salary is "following law" 1100 divide (days of the month) times (my working day). I was working from mid of feb to mid of march.
Only got 959 at the end, anything I can do to get my promised amount? Saw from other posts people suggesting to go to some JPP office, I found the website but can't even register an account...

Shopee Xpress parcel missing

Anyone have bad experience with Shopee Xpress? Last time ninjavan will click delivered but the next day morning/noon will deliver but this time is Shopee Xpress 16th 7.06pm already tekan delivered I waited till next day whole day no one come, no phone call, no whatsapp/sms also.

I hope my parcel is in not longkang right now, I simply asked for Shopee to retrieve the Proof of Delivery, they need me to request refund, wait seller to dispute, and then wait 5 WHOLE WORKING DAYS, to get one screenshot of proof of delivery. Really its just a simple Whatsapp to that deliveryman, everything could be done within 15 mins.

Till today morning when I was having breakfast I chat with Shopee customer service again XD, they still cannot reveal any information unless the dispute team contacted me first, I wonder if my parcel is really being shipped out or just somehow hilang in the process?

so i thought my maths wasnt going to score above C, and i love computer(IT, networking, multimedia designing etc.) stuffs, so I had planned on studying multimedia design because this doesnt require credit on maths.

this afternoon i went back to my school to collect spm slip and OH MY GOD I WAS SO SURPRISED I GOT C+ IN MY MATHS!
my results are:
BM - C
BI - B+ (1119 - 5C)
PM - C
SEJ - C
MATHS - C+
SAINS - B+
BC - C
PRINSIP AKAUN - G
okay so my friend said score G and T wouldnt show up on the cert so i dont wanna make my cert look bad and gave up on prinsip akaun and then its still appearing in this temporary cert :c

miraculously, i got C+ in maths suddenly i have too many subjects i love that i can pick, and im at a total loss now, can u guys shed me some lights on what subject to study? i'm thinking internet technology/mobile apps development.
is there any other new technology-related programmes that has a promising future?

(Solved)can i file a complaint against my employer

So I was going to work at a restaurant full time for March, then the ladyboss asked me to "training" first at feb 26, 27, 28, wage would be rm5.5/hr. After my training period, I think the job doesn't suit me, because I interviewed for waiter, they asked me to also work as a cashier, the washer(cleaning plates, wok, cups, etc.).
Cleaning tables and serving foods are my only responsible for a waiter, they even asked me to do the dishes, sweep and mop the floor. And so I quit at feb 28, totaling hours of work is 27 hours, x RM5.5 should be RM148.50.
Ladyboss said she's going to bank in RM148.50 for me, then few days after still no transaction from my bank I whatsapp her again she said Boss say rm60 for 3 days and will bank in soon. :confused:
So I asked boss why is my wage RM20/day working almost 9-10 hours?
He said I'm abnormal = I do not meet the working procedure but I'm pretty sure I'm only in the training period not the fully-working state already, we had some arguments regarding my wage.
I googled Malaysia's labour law states worker should be only working for 8 hours a day right? So 3.0 x hourly rate x number of hours in excess of 8 hours is applicable on me? Is a part timer protected by the labour law?
Boss suggested me to sue him on labour department as he will not pay me for my 3 days of hard work.

edit: anyone who is willing to guide me on filing a complaint against my employer is greatly appreciated.

SERIOUS MATTER CONCERNING NINJAVAN COURIER

I'm very pissed off by Ninja Van's courier attitude. So last Sunday I ordered a phone case from lazada via cash on delivery, the delivery time frame was from 10 - 13 Oct, at Friday(13/10) night I emailed Ninja Van's customer service regarding parcel's status. First reply was an apology letter and they rescheduled the time to 14-16 Oct. But today noon I received an WhatsApp message saying a ninja is delivering my phone case, so I waited the whole day till around 8.30 pm, still no news from the delivery man and then close the shop, at 9.50pm I emailed their CS again they said courier would come at 10pm, and so I asked the customer service to tell the courier don't deliver on Sunday because shop is closed. 15 minutes later I received an email saying my delivery has been closed, and the proof of delivery was signed my initial but I'm sure that is not my signature.

anyone else faced problem like this before? so do i contact lazada or ninja van about this matter?
