Game Start Failure

I have this problem with starting a game
Recent unplayable games:
- The Witcher
- Enemy Territory: Quake Wars

Problem Message Given:
The application failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Re-installing this application may fix this problem

Anyone who has encounter this problem please give me some solution

I have already went to the game forum but no reply.

My DirectX driver are all fully up-to-date

More Info: I did the re-installing and it didn't help a bit; problem is still there.

An Annoying Problem

The problem started when I player Elder Scrolls:Oblivion
The Game tends to freeze and so does my PC and I can't do anything about it except re-installing....

I'm suffering problems from TMnut Streamyx Connection
My Subscription Detail:
Package: 1Mb
Cost: RM88
Download Speed: 30-50 kb/s
Surfing Speed: so-so
Router Modem used: Aztech 4-Port Router DSL1100R
Situation: Very Unsatisfied

I would appreciate if anyone shared their subscription detail and what they are receiving, feel free to post any comments because I would compare.

I'm also having problem with Port Forwarding and I need someone who is capable with network settings to teach me how to forward ports.

I've subscribed for TmNet Streamyx 1MB package and i'm using an Aztech 4 Port ADSL Router DSL1100R.
I'm wondering how to optimize connection speed? Can anyone tell me how?
I've tested my connection on the speedometer and i've heard that my other friends using the same streamyx package has better connection speed than I have.

I'm also wondering about the IP address about 218 and also 219.94

If anyone can help me, please post ASAP
