Seeking Opinions on Potentially Unfair Distribution of Student Aid

Our family runs a small store selling school-related items such as stationery, uniforms, and bags. Nearby, there is another store offering almost identical products.

Recently, a student aid program (from MAINJ) that was initially planned to distribute cash assistance (approximately RM200) was instead converted into cash vouchers. These vouchers, however, are only redeemable at a single store—the competing shop nearby.

Customers have informed us that voucher values also vary by school (some received RM150, RM120, RM100, etc.). We have seen photos of these vouchers and confirmed that multiple schools are issuing them in this manner.

Concerns & Questions
Why was the aid changed from cash to exclusive vouchers for only one store?
Are there any legal options available to challenge this practice?

Would appreciate any insights, professional opinions, or advice. Thank you for your help.

However, I haven't received any feedback to date, and the item's validation process is still in progress. Should I just wait for the update? As title, I didn't sign any contracts of employment for my current job. Now if I want to resign how much notice do I legally have to give my employer? My boss just told me I have to him I month notice but I am just a probationer, do the notice really needed to be that long? I would like to leave the job immediately but the salary is paid on 8th of the month.

Which brand has the best instant teh tarik? I tried Ah Huat Hainan Teh (which I not sure is it considered as teh tarik or not), Boh Teh Tarik Original and Aik Cheong Teh Tarik Original before and personally think that Ah Huat > Aik Cheong > Boh. I don't like one with heavy milk powder taste.

I post my ads on mudah few days and received a pm yesterday. So we discussed a bit and he said he is currently out of Malaysia and ask my bank account no and email address for payment. I give him these info without a doubt. Then I ask for his name, address and hp for postage purpose once payment is confirmed and he stop reply anymore. Currently he have my name, bank account no. ,email address and hp no(from mudah)., may I ask is this a scam case or else?? Can he do anything bad with these info?

Update: I got scammed recently on Carousell and there are 4 other victims too...What can I actually do?
