Culinary arts course comparison

Hi guys, i'm making a final comparison on culinary arts programs and courses offered by various colleges. Its hard for me to decide as there's alot of debate about which is better and so on..

So far:
I've personally gone and toured KDU's as well as Taylor's campus and kitchen facility.
I've spoken to counselors from both KDU as well as Taylors
I've compared pricing
I've compared the course structure, and modules offered...
and so on, which i will add when i can remember...

At this point, i need opinions from everyone on which would be a better choice, and suggestions...

my main choices are KDU and Taylors, but i'm looking into Berjaya college's culinary arts course right now, i will inquire and obtain more information to make a better comparison..

my concerns are:
which would be better in terms of, how easy to get a job, how deep the education is in terms of culinary(less rubbish about other stuff), benefits(which college has more benefits, list down if possible) cost wise, i'll worry about it my self.. so please don't make comments about cost... i just want to know which is the best choice to make.

I welcome previous students from KDU and Taylors to make comments as well as present students too... your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hi guys, i was wondering whether any of you know of shops dealing with ice skating equipment. If possible can post the contact details for me? as I'm from Penang but i would like to know in advance whether its possible to convert my inline hockey skates into ice hockey blades.
