Hi all, i got a few questions to ask. I plan to install mazda 2 rim on my myvi gen 3 rim but i got afew question in my mind.

1. Can Mazda2 rim size fit on current gen myvi without any trouble?

2. I found that the stock tyre size for mazda 2 is 185/60/16 which is quite difficult to find on market (survey on shopee/lazada). Can i use 185/55/16 size instead?

Hi I got offer from company just now and still need time to accept the offer.
Both current and offered companies are logistic industry. Same positions, same shift working hour.

The difference is the size of the company.

Current company:
Large scale - handle 60-90 drivers
Salary - rm2400
Job scope - only operation duty
32km from my home
Shift
Toxic environment

Offer company
Small scale - handle 30 drivers
Salary - rm2500 with up to rm2800 ot
Job scope - operation planner and cs
14km from my home
Shift
Unsure environment

I need opinion from experience about this. Should I accept the offer?

Company asked me to cover 1-2h for free because short of staff but the problem is the company is always short of staff. I denied the request because I'm tired which is real and not excuses because I've been doing 1-3 tasks at the same time.

Can company take charge of me because I'm rejected their request?

Yesterday i add some money to my asnb investment using fpx bimb method.

The problem is my bimb account was deducted but the my asb amount didn't increase and no latest transaction.. Got bimb sms said sent for processing.

Is it take times using fpx method? Contact bimb but as always no response.

Hi,
I just start to work with this company for around two weeks as fresh executive operation role. It is quite a stable and big company in this industry.

So far, I feel very stressful with the work load and not sure how long I can cope with this.

Firstly, I think the management in this office is weak. Although I work in shift, but I always need to work extra 30min - 1hour because the next shift staff come late to work. I already report this to my supervisor but not sure will it be helpful or not.

Second, I feel that 2 staff for every shift unable to cope with the work load. I'm not sure whether the company will add more staff in the future or not. If my partner out for rest or mc, I'll be dead if I work slow. Answered one call and there will be 11 missed calls. I hardly had 1hour of rest time due infinite numbers of calls need to be answered.

Thirdly, lack of holidays, this what make me really exhausted the most. 8h-9h everydays and 12h every Saturday and a day off for Sunday. Feel like not enough. And no holiday for tomorrow too. Need to work 1day for upcoming cny.

Regarding the salary, I think it is just normal for what others did. Nothing spectacular.

As a experienced members here, can sifu give me advice? Is it what I am facing rite now is normal for any fresh staff?
Should I just stay for 6mths and search for new job? Or search new job ASAP or just stick with it?

Booting problem

Last nite played gw2 and the game crashed said the memory problem

After i restart the pc, the pc boot and it stuck at scanning and repairing drive C: 0% for hours.
Try to enter the advanced troubleshoot. Tried chkdsk but fail. System restore failed too due no restore point. Window repair failed too.

Any idea how to solve it guys?
