Sony has revealed their latest high end model at the IFA 2010. The MDR-Z1000

It looks like it also has detachable cables...making easier for cable upgrades

I'm curious as to how it will sound. I think these are Sony's first high end headphones after the SA5000.

CPU Upgrade questions and concerns

Hello everyone, I'm planning to upgrade my 2+ years old pc with something a lil bit faster to extend its life cycle.

My current rig:
Mobo - Biostar TForce 550se
CPU - AMD x2 3800
RAM - 2GB (2 sticks of 1gb Kingston ddr2 667)
Vcard - 7900GS

Seeing as the prices of CPU's and RAM has been falling like bricks lately, I'm planning to upgrade the CPU to either a x2 5000, or x2 5200....the question is, would I see any noticeable improvement on my comp?

Also, if I were to buy another stick of 2gb ram, can i just chuck it in my mobo? or should I be aware of any hidden issues?
