Have you seen the recent ads on YouTube? the ones from zern tan? the ShopHelper program..where you help Americans shop online?

I'm considering joining but the price is RM 2000 for now (he says it will increase later), and wanted to ask if it's a scam..

i found that their "office" address is at P-1-6 Block P, Plaza Damas, 60 Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, Taman Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan. <<<< which i suspect is a PO box at block P not even a real office...

can someone talk about this? nobody is talking so I'll be the first speak up...

Title says all, i read that kkb, Fraser's hill (and others) are good places for night sky photography.

But never mentioned exactly where? I went to kkb last week and realized i didn't knew the exact place...

Can anyone please tell me where is it in both kkb and Fraser's hill?

These 2 locations are nearest to me, can't go further away..

How to get a job in I.T while still a student?

I'm currently an I.T student, I've sent out emails and called companies.

I've got 3 responses, they actually want to hire me but as soon as I tell them I'm a student, they tell me they don't hire students because they only hire full time staff and as far as I've gathered, part time I.T jobs don't exist.

I'm facing this dilemma where I want to work but can't, it seems that the system is working against me, I thought about taking part time classes but my college does not offer part time classes. So basically, college doesn't have part time classes and employers don't hire part timers either.

I know I'm ranting, but honestly, what the hell am I supposed to do? I've tried and nothing works, this is a situation I have no control over and it's been making me feel depressed recently.

I'm not a sloppy student, I take the maximum subjects per semester (6) and I study and get decent grades, but this is not enough, I also want to work because I have too much spare time and I'm literally staring at the ceiling everyday.

I need some pointers, advice, anything, I'm being serious about this.

Are carbon fiber tripods worth their price?

I'm looking at the manfrotto befree travel tripod, there is the aluminum one which is cheaper and then there's the (in my opinion) outrageously expensive carbon fiber version of it. Both are premium tripods, but the carbon fiber one does cost considerably more. 810 for the aluminum and 1390 for the carbon fiber one

Question is, are carbon fiber tripods worth it? Do any of you guys own one yourself? Would you buy one, or plan to in the future? Share your thoughts, I want to know your opinion.

Myvi Rear Car Plate Fell Off

My Myvi Rear Car Plate Fell Off, what should I do? I've attached a picture for you guys to have a look.

It seems like the Myvi uses a glue to stick the car plate, can I just buy a very sticky adhesive from the hardware store?

I want specific things to buy, please tell me what to buy

What is your opinion on community college?

I am a local chinese, I was thinking about going to community college (The kuala langat one) however since this is malaysia (and it is a government school) , I have doubts about the quality of the education.

I plan to take a course on electrical installation (also known as "wireman" here)

They have many branches around malaysia, the one I'm considering going to is the one in kuala langat, there are others at penang, melaka, etc. It's all on their website

So few questions:

1) Are the majority of people in community colleges malay?

2) Is the quality of the education good?

3) If you've been here before, what was your experience?

3) Do you have any other trade schools to suggest that is better than what I'm looking at now and is reasonably priced?

Will Tomato work with asus RT-N12HP_B1?

I have a Tp-Link TL-WR740N with DD-WRT, I read through the following article and threads on this forum:

I don't have eth0.500 and eth0.600 on my TL-WR740N, I only have this:

I'm pretty sure my router doesn't properly support VLAN tagging since it doesn't have eth0.500 and eth0.600, so I'm going to get the one used in the article I linked, the TL-WR841ND.

I assume getting the TL-WR841ND will solve my problem by giving me the required eth0.500 and eth0.600, am I right on this?
