Dog getting beaten up by school kids

The people who hurt the dogwere unbearably cruel to an extend where I could not imagine to express by ganging up on a friendly dog and breaking its legs with a metal shovel,just beating it up till the dog all red and blue!, and laughing at it while its whimpering in pain and still hitting it and laughing(the worst part not once did the dog attack them it still believe in humans being kind) .The worst part were people who look but didnt stop!.

I came out after hearing why got dog howl and crawling with its two hand on the street A VERY PAINFUL SIGHT to witness (nobody help only look ) then I ask people what happen they say a a group of kids like crowding and ganging up on the dog beating it with a metal shovel ,Apparently no one stop them at all only (seriously wow great ppl they are and the worse its infront all the shops like seriously wow this people are like cowards ) .I quickly help the dog and called spca to come and save it .The teenage schoolchildren here always beat up dogs ! wtf nothing else to do is it?!

My point is just to create awareness against animal cruelty .Nothing else .I'M Blaming the people who were there are adults just stare only never scold the kids at all .
