battery problem

rechargeble battery can last how long? I got one KODXK rechargeble battery cannot recharge already. It stop charging after a while only. This battery i charge not more than 10 times. Anyone 1 have any idea to refurbish it? I heard keep the battery in fridge can refresh the memory, is it work. Thanks for help.

My pc infected by virus, after clean it & restart PC this error message come out every time windows start up.
Error message:
SCVVHSOT.exe

This SCVVHSOT.exe is what file? How to solve it?
