hello guys,my little sister's perodua VIVA 660cc since last week we noticed the radiator fans start spinning full speed even at ignition.happend even at cold start. i checked the coolant level and its ok. now the Check engine light start popping up
anyone have this problem before?obd scanning at workshop quite pricy. thanks for your all advise

Bos ask me to help him buy Vacuum cleaner for our office use.
Unfortunately i dont know much about vacuum cleaner thus wanna ask all /k expert which vaccum cleaner to get.
will be using it for normal dust cleaning and sometime liquid waste.
budget is limited around rm300-400 tho,maybe can stretch a little bit.
