anyone bought Mattress of these brands? both can be bought from online platform but they have physical showroom also. i visited and tried. quite comfortable.

i am tempted to buy but worry on the durability. although 10 years warranty but usually we don't claim warranty due to having to pay shipping fees.

any honest review/feedback from existing buyers?

i need some honest testimonial. Anyone bought bought this? what are the changes after you consume it ? does it make you less sleepy? does it improve your sex power?

FYI , this is a fake cordyceps. it is lab mimic products that 99% having same structures of real cordyceps. i need to know if it is really effective before i buy. it is in the market for so long already, must be quite effective i guess.

Properties nearby or neighbor with PPAM

Recently there are many many projects come with PPAM, it is different from RUMAWIP as rumawip is still not very cheap based on per square feet. and i believe most of the buyers are chinese.

but for PPAM, since it is for civil servant, i would think that most of the buyers are malay , and the price is seriously crazy. 150K for 1000sqft. this is a crazy price for 2019.

i did a visit at PPAM at Parkhill BJ, it looks pretty decent at the exterior. It even has balcony.

in this case, normal condo (parkhill, platinum OUG for example) is at 500k, PPAM at 150K, in 6 years times (2025 , developed country) i think PPAM easily 300k. how about the 500k? 1 millions?

and in these 6 years, the normal condo need rm2500+ rental to cover but PPAM only need RM600 to cover. how to compete?

So, would u buy this kind of project? if yes, why?

Hi, i am thinking to become a property negotiator but i am not sure which agency to choose. when you meet their leaders of cause they will tell you, they are the best and most caring to the downline but after you paid the joining fees, it's a totally different story.
