About illegal cars or "Kereta Hantu"

Hi guys, i'd like to seek for advice from all you here who're experienced in purchasing used cars especially those which is imported from Japan.

Here's the scenario, im purchasing a car with cash from this guy and will be putting in a deposit tomorrow. He bought the car from Japan back in 2007 and wants to sell it. First thing is, in his green card, he is able to declare the car with a different engine code. It's originally a 2.5l (yes right now it is a 2.5l) but in the green card it's a 2.0l different engine code. He said he did this to avoid paying for higher taxes n becos he has the connection in JPJ to do so, though he did mention if i want to follow the rules, he can have the green card following the original engine code which is the 2.5l he's currently using.

Second, when i told my friend that he heard rumors that the car is a "Kereta Hantu". What does he mean by that? Some friends were saying it has no AP. Though another friend said if the car has no AP, it will not have any green card thus making it a track only car like those u can find in mudah, but no he has the proper documents.

Should i be worry? Please advice, thanx!

Need advice with high PC temperature during idle

Guys, first off i'll admit that i'm a newbie in computer hardwares and that's probably why i'm here. Right, i was playin COD: Blackops earlier on, halfway through the game, my pc just shuts down. I reboot it and it shuts down again. Not wanting to ruin anything, i switched off the main switch n let it cool for a bit before booting it again and it went well. Googled a bit and found a program called Core Temp and it showed me this:

Frens told me that my pc should be lingering at around 30-40*C but mine showed 65-70*C during idle and this was after i cleaned up all the dust around the fan and everything else which i thought would've solved the problem. So for all you tech-experts, your advices will be very much appreciated

p/s: i've never overclocked or tuned anything with any programs

CS 1.6 Match server config

Hi guys, can anyone send me a server config file for CS 1.6? Let's say we have a 5 vs 5 match and we want to play WCG rules, i just cant be bothered to write each n everyone command in the console everytime we have a match. Ok that's first, second, even if i have the file, in which folder do i put the cfg file in and how do i execute it again? Is it something like exec serverconfig.cfg ?

Iphone freezes every 2-3 days

Guys, i hope any of you iphone experts can advice me on this case, and here's the scenario. My uncle actually owns this iphone in which i think it's 2nd generation (i'm asking on behalf of him). It was fine for about half a year but just about a month ago it started to act awkwardly when he migrated from Malaysia to Australia. He said the iphone just freezes every 2-3 days after rebooting. And when it freezes, he can't switch it off whatsoever he have to wait until the battery runs flat, recharges the phone and reboot. So i was wondering if there's anything to do with software being outdated or stuffs like that.

Can anyone advice please? Thank you very much in advance.

Evo8, Imp8 or 350GT?

Hello there guys. I'd just like everyone's personal comments and overview on these 3 cars. The reason to this is because i am planning to burn my pocket on either one of these models sometime soon and i'd like to get as many feedbacks and opinions. Why only 3 models you say? Because the three are my personal favorite based on what i can afford.

That being said, because they're not as old as the Evo6.5 or Impreza Ver. 6 and the Skyline GTR costs way too much. My father had the 350z for almost 2 years and solve it off just 3 months ago so no, i'm not getting another 350z again. I would very much prefer a performance vehicle which is "ready-to-go" without drastic modifications. I haven't got a clue on any other performance vehicle which is considerably new and in the price range of RM180k perhaps some of you here would like to share with me. I know the new Audi TT '07 is a sexist too but i doubt it's below RM200k. The S2000 and S15 is a marvelous car and is a lot cheaper but.. in stock form, i doubt it's able to satisfy my thirst for performance as the other 3 i chose can.

Alright, i hope to read some positive and constructive replies from everyone. So what's it gonna be? The Skyline 350GT, Evo 8 or Imp 8? Why? Perhaps you have a better suggestion within the price range of RM180k.
