Scope:

1)Pull One LAN cable from living room (ground floor) to fusebox room(ground floor) through existing conduit
2) pull one LAN cable from room (2nd floor) to fusebox room through existing conduit
3) cut and rejoin if LAN cable as existing conduit also has existing wire, so need to cut the LAN connector
4) installing socket

I will buy socket and RJ45 connector to connect both LAN cable at fusebox room, but I have no fishtape for wiring.
What not provided: LAN cable and specific tool like fishtape

I observed many newly graduated (SPM and degree) from Klang Valley will just move to Singapore to work after sg reopen the border since last years. While media still stating local employer unable to hire the ppl they want.

I think the reason is simple, which the offer from employer here just cannot meet the demand of fresh grad now. But many employer just complain and do not increase the pay. Why employer here still stubborn? Still offer 1.8k-2.2k for degree. Obviously not enough in Klang Valley d

While many young ppl can endure the jam in custom but cannot endure the jam in KL, there is really something wrong d. Local boss cannot say "young ppl do not want to work hard" d.

Got the job offer from the company located at that area. Though do have own transport, I still hope to walk to that industrial area if situation allowed (renting nearby location and has safe route for pedestrians ) to reduce the commutation cost. If not may rather rent another area like Simpang Ampat and Nibong Tebal for cheaper rental. The current google street view of that area is taken during 2019, so I hope to get update from here.

monitor screen goes dark for 1 second randomly

My monitor sometime may go dark for 1 second randomly. I have taken the step below but the issue still persists

1) update the driver for graphic card and display
2) tighten the connection of cable or adapter (DP to VDI)

Was suspecting the issue is from the graphic card, but there is no artifact or sort of those things on screen before the screen black off. And the graphic card still work well when use for gaming
Other than occurence of artifact, what is the other sign of dying graphic card?

next step might be test with other monitor or buy a new cable to test. But if both of next step is not working also. What is the most possible cause for this issue?

Have used teamviewer like software to observe the display from.my laptop. The dark flash will not be observed on laptop or through live stream but only happen in monitor.

I am using RoR+mysql, installed with mysql2 gem and already set the mysql shell password to databse. The error occur is shown as "ActiveRecord::NoDatabaseError Unknown database" and "mysql2 error unknown database". Seem like it is not due to access denied for mysql shell. Have been google around and still do not find the solution. Rail,ruby,mysql2 gem and mysql are the latest version.
Hope that every pro in forum can teach me how to solvw this

Some ppl with CS and programming background complain about necessity to get the degree because they have to compete with ppl who only take the programming crash course(without degree). Also many ppl with engineering degree also can jump ship to become programmer. Programmer without degree is quite usual in US but does Malaysia industry accept them?
