Loan approved but change work

Hi sifus,

Im new here and to this property thing.

Property type : Subsale , Leasehold, 90 years remaining.

Situation: My housing loan already approved, Sign SPA / Loan and 1st disbursement after raya.

However, i have been offered a better job offer..expected to shift to a new workplace on september 2017.
will there be any issue or bank will withdraw my housing loan / disbursement?

Seek for your guys expertise on this.. thanks alot!

Extension Back and Kitchen Cabinet

Good morning Sifus and LYN forummers,

I am currently planning to do some kitchen extension. The extension is very small.
Location: Taman Melawati Area.

Kitchen Extension works (Around 3-4 feets) Ground Floor only:
Roofing: Allow lights, underneath it should have grille.
Extend kitchen back, No need for demolishing existing wall.
Piping: maybe some piping works for washing machine.
Tiling works: If required. But pls. quote.

Purpose of extension: to provide dry / laundry service area.

Kitchen Cabinet works:
Replace all kitchen cabinet doors.
Replace concrete table top tilings.

Purpose of replacement: to make it look more spacy. darker colours make the rooms smaller.

Process Engineer

Hi All,

just brief of my background.
Degree in Chemical Engineer.
working experience: Process Engineer, consultancy in Engineering Services.
Total Experience: 6 yrs.

Considering current economy in oil&gas (upstream & downstream) situation,
I am currently afraid to have faith anymore in this sector. Tons of people being retrenched.

Is there a way / job accepting my experience to shift in?

Any suggestion is more than welcome!
