My fiance and I been living together a year and a half then her mom moved in together. Can you guys imagine how suffer I was during this pendemic crisis? I can't be myself at home!

I understand we can get a redemption letter first before pay off the remaining balance. My question is do I really need a lawyer again to assist me to get my geran? All my properties are strata titles. I appreciate whoever of you went through this process on house loan early settlement.

I'm a simple person who has no car loan, mortgage loan or credit card debt. Totally zero commitment but only pay for monthly house maintenance, electric, water and other bill which is less than RM400. Makan masak sendiri la.

Sigh.... I agreed to let future "mother in law" to live with us for a couple of years until she has financial stable. I dont really mind at first because I thought is conveneint my fiance to take care of her mom. Long story short, her mom get to know a guy from dating app and she invited him to come over for a night. How I know? For security purpose I have installed CCTV in living room. That guy came at 12am and left at 5am. I told my fiance about it and I respect her as elderly but I felt disgusted at a time. I know she has a bf in different state too.

Rooftop always leaking or dripping whenever rain season begins. I'm tired of asking people to check, repair and the same problem comes again..please help.
