Haemorrhoid Treatments /Surgery

I have severe combined haemorrhoids (internal and external) for many years. I would like to have them removed after suffering from constantly bleeding and prolapsed. My condition is no longer curable by medication as it is beyond grade 1 and 2. I would consider it as grade 3 as they will go in automatically after prolapsed. After searching on the Internet, I would like to go for less invasive surgery like laser or banding to shrink them instead of going for traditional surgery-cutting them out as traditional one results in more pain, longer recovery period with many other side effects. However, less invasive surgery methods are not available in all the hospitals and I am not sure whether they are suitable for my case.

Anyone had the similar situation and went for operation before? Which method did you go for? Or any advice on the surgery?

I would like to have the surgery in Melaka next week but I don't know which hospital and doctor should I look for. Anyone know any good doctor in Melaka. Kindly suggest. Thank you.
