PC fans spin once plug in then noting

hey, I got my new pc everything new got it to work after some troubleshooting. I was using it for a while then the cable for the PSU came out afterwards it would say no signal to my monitor after which I was trying to fix it(normal things making sure everything was connected, but only one 1 ram in the machine) now it won't even switch one. The fans just turn around and light up after being plugged in but that all parts of life i could get from it.

I tried everything on the page about this problem but it still won't work I got no other parts I can test other than a laptop but I don't think I can do much with it.

ASRock b350M-HDV

Galax GTX 1050ti(single fan)

Rayzen 3 1200 (stock cooler)

one polar wind fan

2 4GB DDR 4 Ballistix sport "gaming" memory

M-box MATX case (with a 500w power supply)

240GB SSD Kingston

1TB Tobias

What is ChoboTeamLeague?

ChoboTeamLeague is similar to proleague but works a bit more casually:

CTL is a team league accepting players of all skill,

Each week a team fields a group of 7 players ranging from gold-diamond You will be matched with a player in your league and play a best of 1 on predetermined map you have 1 full week to make arrangements with that player and play out your game.

We are a team in CTL in which we hangout chat and play together not just in sc2, i have made some friends in here.
We mostly talk in discord and if you would like a discord link to see what we are like just pm me.
